As UX Designer you’re a passionate problem solver, have the customer at the heart of everything you do and you are an expert in translating user needs into product features. You are responsible for building amazing customer journeys from scratch that customers are desperate to buy,  and love to use time and time again. You thrive in an environment with like-minded collaborative and creative people. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of specialists committed to producing world-changing products in the consumer tech industry. You’ll share our prioritisation of user centricity and passion for learning and experimenting and you’ll be responsible for getting these principles into products that surprise and delight our customers.

With us you will:
  • Be part of the design & user experience team, designing high quality user interfaces across platforms.
  • Collaborate in the creation of usability studies working with our UX researchers.
  • Work on early stage into product and feature definition translating UX research studies into User Journeys, Navigation Flows & Wireframes.
  • Help to choose the right tools and processes to get the best productivity out of the team.
  • Lead the design team into a customer focused oriented mindset.
  • Work closely with all areas of the company — from product management through developers and stakeholders — to make sure that we are solving the right problems.
  • Convey design thinking to non-designers and translating problems and requirements.

You are:

  • Holding higher education in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
  • Using an analytical and data-driven approach for creating user interfaces.
  • Knowledgeable about the user-centric approach to design and you are capable to incorporate user insights and feedback into your design process.
  • An expert analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from different user testing methods: Usability Testing, Beta Testing, A/B Testing, Surveys, Card Sorting etc.
  • Experienced with state of the art design and prototyping tools: Sketch, Figma, Invision, InVision, Marvel, Flinto etc.
  • Experience creating rich user interactions in to different platforms (Android, & iOS etc).
  • Familiar in designing for a wide range of devices and platforms and familiar with current web and mobile standards.
  • Experience in agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Capable to drive business objectives and organise workload to achieve key results based on user feedback, a/b testing, research and stakeholder feedback.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and you have excellent skills in spoken and written English.
