The ideal candidate for this role will have the following technical / professional qualifications:

  

  • Matric is essential

  • Relevant 3 year Degree/National Diploma involving Commerce/Business Analytics/Sales and Marketing or Customer behaviour essential

  • Expertise in Scrum Agile SDLC: Certified Scrum Product Owner or practical experience working within an agile software development team (preferable)

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in digital or Telecoms, inclusive of :

    • At least 3 years of product/channel management (essential)

    • Experience with Customer Service and Customer Experience (preferable)

    • Experience with the Agile methodology of product development (preferable)
