Role is L2 Application Operation and Application Deployment for BAU and minor e nhancements releases. Manage and maintain interface with vendors.

T he role will


  • Deliver 24/7 AO L2 support for Incident, Problem, c hange management ensuring proactive resolution and root cause analysis of the a ssigned application incidents/problems within the agreed SLA.

  • Establish and manage a close working relation ship with service owner, 1st level support, 3rd level sup port.

  • Interact with other 2nd level support team for joined troubleshooting sessions where root c ause is not well defined ( e. w. with Infrastructure and network team)</ p>

  • Handle on Service Owners behalf day t o day AO business, interact with Vendors , and Application Operations Partners to ensure Service expectations are managed throughout the expected results.

  • Provide Report and Analysis  to AOAM On Shore Service Owner

  • Be responsible of Patches deploymen t, Application upgrades in production, pre production, load and performance env ironments. Be responsible of similar activities on all the environments owned b y Global Applications for the mentioned solutions.

  • Attend on demand CAB meetings on behalf of the service ow ner to get proper approval of Changes.

  • Facilitate discussion and interface with Vendor support.

  • < span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; te xt-shadow: none; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;">Take accountability of the task assigned assuring their execution within the time, costs, quality expected

  • Suppo rt E2E deployment of minor enhancement changes

  • Support operational Non Functional Requirements validation

  • Perform periodic application capacity assessment and proactive maintenance

  • B uild proactively or on demand reporting and statisticsrelated to the quality of the service / issues in analysis

Identifyand implement best practice and process improvements with 3rd parties delivering application operation ser vices to AOAM

  • Assure change m anagement is performed the agreed VT IS standards ,

  • Highlight proactively to the Service Owner gaps or mitigation when qua lity of service, business requirements, SLA are not met.

  • Take part to lessons learned meeting to continue to enhance the qualityof the service delivered.

  • Collaborate with peers .

      In office and on call working time will be in linewith VT IS Application Operation Standards.
