The purpose of this role is to support Principal Category Manager / Category Heads at Vodafone Procurement Company Luxembourg on profiling of historical spend, usage of various functionalities of the eSourcing tool, supplier performance data, RFQ approvals. To supporton create / manage supplier contracts. To maintain complete information on thecategory supplier base. To support in preparation of standard / customised reports and presentations. To look for process improvements to meet business needs.

  1. Prepares analytics / reports of category spend and savings

  2. Manages / Creates / Tracks supplier contracts  and OLA / Catalogues

  3. Supports Supplier onboarding, maintains category supplier base and their performance data

  4. Ensures that a process is in place to process all negotiations through eSourcing tool

  5. Ensures that relevant measures of business performances are captured and represented in reporting dashboards and presentations.

  6. Supports additional requests from the Category Teams in line with the requests

  7. Prepares accurate and timely analysis as required by key stakeholders



  • Graduate

  • Computer and Report preparation skills (Excel)

  • Knowledge of eSourcingtool (desired)

  • SAP knowledge (desired)

  • Fluent English communication skills

  • Problem solving and Analytical skills

  • Teamwork
