We are looking for a strong people leader; someone who is passionate about coaching and has the drive to develop a high-performing team; an individual who demonstrates resilience with change and pace. If you tick all the box’s you could be the next Store Manager we need in our Dunedin Retail Store. Your extensive leadership experience in a fast-paced environment will create a successful pathway for your team to follow.

What will I be doing?
  • Drive individual capability and guarantee training is kept to the highest standard and completion rate
  • Delighting our customers- foster a mind blowing customer service culture within retail team through both customer and Floor Manager
  • Accountable for store wide feedback loop though planning and co-ordinate weekly team meetings and morning heart beats
  • The use of raw data and analytical skill to identify trends and provide resource for direct reports to coach their direct reports
  • Engage in high level project meetings including cross-functional teams and manage store level implementation activities such as pilots and promotions trials
  • Recruit and grow great people “Building the best workforce”. Ensure individuals formulate their personal development plan in line with monthly 1-2-1 and performance dialogue conversation
  • Lead in store system and process monitoring to achieve high store operational standards exceptional audit results 
  • Delivering results - sales and company targets

What will I bring?

  • 3 to 5 years people management experience
  • Formal Leadership and Coaching training
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Project management experience
  • Merchandising experience
  • Superb in people motivation and communication skills
  • Strong track record in sales achievement, demonstrable via indirect management
