Store Manager for the Vodafone Lisburn Store – Creating a dynamic sales culture and delivering on retail excellence in our Partner agent store – less than 25 mins from Belfast and Craigavon

 

Generous basic salary and competitive performance based bonus, £30,000 OTE

Joining a Partner Agent store is more than just a retail role, it’s an chance one day to step from Store Manager to Store Owner and put yourself in a position to take on your own partner agent store as you shape and define its brand

The store is located at the heart of the city in Lisburn’s premier shopping location Bow Street; the store is looking for someone hungry for their next challenge in retail, someone that can bring the core values of Speed, Simplicity and Trust to the front line of their brand. A people manager that knows a team is about everyone firing on all cylinders so they can put in place development and coaching practices that will allow everyone to achieve. A driven sales specialist with the creativity and passion to explore and develop new sales opportunities locally and across the country. Able to connect directly with our commercial customers to maintain productive business relationships and forge brand new ones.

 

What will I be doing?

You will be building your sales team through training, coaching and development, upskilling your advisers and inspiring them to rewarding careers.
You will be leading by example and representing our brand to customer and employee alike.
You will be an advocate for our products, championing IoT and shouting about your excitement for the future of 5G, while creating bespoke packages to meet individual business needs.
You will be simplifying the in store process to improve customer engagement and deliver on our promise of digital innovation
You will act locally to bring our values and products to Lisburn, building a loyal and engaged customer base.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

We want someone with a proven record of accomplishment in people management coaching and development. Someone comfortable with the targets expected of a high street retail store and able to motivate, inspire and maximise sales. Someone with a big picture mentality to embrace our vision for retail that can rally your in store talent and deliver on our retail promise. An experienced retail manager with the ability to promote our brand commercially and a history of delivering new business ideas.
