Retail Sales Adviser within the Vodafone Kendal Partner Franchise Store - Working directly for one of our Franchise Partners is more than just a retail role, it is a chance to grow and develop within a business while you help to shape and define its brand. Good question… do you enjoy talking to and engaging with different people, every day of the week? How about providing an excellent level of customer service where you are listening to the needs of the customer and finding solutions to help them in everyday life? And how do you feel about sales – do you enjoy working to targets and do you have the motivation to drive yourself forward, in order to make you, your team and Vodafone the most successful we can be?

If the answer to these questions is “YES” then this role is definitely for you.

What will I be doing?
You will be interacting directly with the customers, striking up friendly conversations with the aim of identifying any requirements that we can help with. You will need to be confident enough to approach every customer that comes in, friendly enough to have an engaging conversation with the customers and savvy enough to recognise any needs that the customer may have that we can offer a solution for.
You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then, always going the extra mile to provide the best possible customer experience.

Who are we looking for?
Someone driven and motivated to achieve, with a passion for customers, technology or ideally both.
Someone hungry for the next sale, able to smash targets without ever sacrificing the customer experience.
Someone that brings fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the table and is looking for the next chapter of a rewarding retail career.

We don't need you to have sales experience but we are looking for confidence, forward thinking, and above all, a passion to learn and a determination to succeed.
