Join our team as:
 
Resourcing Manager
 

You will be responsible for driving the Resourcing strategy from planning to execution, orchestrate the team to establish and utilize the right sourcing channels and selection tools to on-board the required number and quality of resources. You will have an important role to improve employer brand and candidate satisfaction, as well as to optimize recruitment process to accelerate sourcing. 

 
 
What you will do:
  • Define resourcing strategy and drive its smooth execution
  • Establish various, even non-standard sourcing channels to ensure the right candidate pipeline (including colleges, universities, institutions, alternative sources etc.)
  • Ensure that standard and non-standard selection tools are available for quality and consistent assessment of candidates
  • Lead a team of Recruiters, coach team members to increase performance and to reach aspirations
  • Optimize resourcing process jointly with HR Services teams to accelerate recruitment
  • Ensure that line managers and resourcing team have the right sourcing capabilities
  • Manage resourcing budget
  • Identify saving opportunities related to hiring cost
  • Improve employer brand at labour market
  • Establish, manage relationships with external suppliers
  • Cooperate strongly with Business Development, Project Management, Service Delivery teams and HR specialist areas and represent recruitment values
  • Ensure the right data is provided to the HR Dashboard on a monthly basis
  • Analysis employment cost related data and provides insights into trends, risks and opportunities
  • Strongly contributes to the HR strategy development and execution
This position is for you if you have:
  • Ca. 10+ years of relevant experience, including excellent people management and strong end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
  • An expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting, knowledge about the Hungarian SSC market
  • Passion to continuously develop yourself and your processes
  • Creativity to identify new opportunities to next generation services in recruitment
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • University or college degree (preferably in HR)
  • Excellent communication and change management skills
  • Well-balanced and self-motivated personality, solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work consistently based on core values and to drive processes to make them happen
