Role purpose:

The Programme Manager supports the Head of Fixed Net & Solution Sales VGE Germany to reach sales targets >500m€ revenue and to develop and maintain a sales pipeline of >1.5bn€ new business TCV. To lead the successful planning, steering and delivery of international opportunities for Vodafone Global Enterprise both Inbound (in Germany) and Outbound (into the other regions of VGE globally), with the focus on fixed net and solution products & services (e.g. managed mobility, C&H, IoT). Working with cross-functional sales & bid teams, sales operations, finance and OpCo stakeholders to define, validate, design and develop business opportunities to ensure successful delivery of revenue and acquisition Targets.

With us you will:

  • Co-work with the VGE Head of Fixed Net & Solution Sales Germany to deliver sales target >500m€ revenue and develop and manage a sales pipeline of >1.5bn€ TCV.
  • Act as a business expert stakeholder for VGE, providing inputs into solution sales strategy in order to increase the non-core share of VGE Germany and cooperate with the responsible counterparts in other regions.
  • Manage all interfaces of the Head of Fixed Net & Solution Sales Germany to related functions such as bid management, commercial, finance, HR, product management, sales operations, German EBU plus the relationship to all VGE regions.
  • Develop and drive special initiatives and programs to improve the performance of VGE Germany in terms of revenue, margin, NB TCV (e.g. business cases, investment opportunities, cost management).

Apply if you have:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High customer and service orientation.
  • High intrinsic motivation to drive initiatives and to improve business Output.
  • Good understanding of the telecommunication market and experience in a telco sales and marketing Environment.
  • Project management experience.
  • University degree in business administration
  • Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in sales , marketing and business development
  • Ability to design and develop Business Cases
  • Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary
  • Capable of working for projects in a matrix-Organisation
  • Excellent language skills in German and English (negotiation Level)
