What you will do:
  • You will be responsible for identification and development of process optimization, simplification and automation opportunities and manage process improvement processes in the business areas
  • You will be responsible to deliver our vision of moving towards a simple operation and by simplifying and automating our processes and representing simplification mindset, enables to become a fully Digital Vodafone
  • You will be part of the transformation project and support the project to deliver lean processes
  • Junior Process Development Analyst ensures that best practices and mindset is shared in the organization
 
We are looking for you if you have:
 
  • Six Sigma / other process development certification
  • At least 2+ years of experience in delivering process developments and transformations
  • Passionate on improvement, automation and simplicity – and to drive large scale optimization programs
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining communities for process change in large organizations
  • Ability to influence others, teams to implement changes
  • Knowledge in process modelling – eTOM, APQC
  • Project experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience gained in a multinational environment; telco or shared service sector experience is a plus
  • Consultancy, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and time management skills
