·      Extensive experience in Solution sales, business development, solution management or similar roles

·      Extensive years of successful sales ofcomplex propositions (hardware, software, services mix)

·      An intimate understanding of the IoT marketplace, players and trends

·      A holistic view of how Solution connectivitycan solve customers’ business problems or create new business models forthem

·      Excellent team player with flexibilityto adapt and adjust to a changing market place, and collaborative skills to work across teams

·      Strong English and Spanish communications skills to manage some customers in South America
