Typical Outputs:
• Sound policy and process advice provided to customers across all HR activities using our HR ticketing tool
• Accurate and timely administration and reporting
• Accurate maintenance of data on HRIS and associated systems
• Strong administrative support provided to COE’s
• Keeping HR intranet content up to date – driving self service
• Robust process documentation and process scripts available for all transactions
• Delivery against HR plan to support achievement of functional objectives and Global HR roadmap  


Essential
• Graduate or equivalent
• Customer focussed
• Excellent communication skills
• Administration experience, MS Office
• Intermediate excel skills
• Used to working as part of a team and to delivering on time
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manipulate reports


Preferred
• Generalist HR professional with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in an international organisation and knowledge of best practice HR approaches
• SAP experience
• Experience driving HR employee and manager self-service
