Key challenges:


Products portfolio update – keep products portfolio updated in the online store


Coordinate activities across teams – coordinate eShop marketing campaigns and content planning and execution with MKT, CVM, Brand and Content management teams


Maximize SEO results - optimize site content and products presentation


Increase digital sales, web visitors and NPS - coordinate and analyse A/B testing, as well as identify actions for online NPS growth


Improve Customer Experience - provide 2nd line customer service support and exceed Customer expectations

 

 

Ideal background & competencies:

 

  • Degree or Masters in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Design or similar
  • Previous experience in using web applications, executing marketing campaigns and monitor sales results
  • Regular use of web based tools and constant update on web trends
  • Strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proactive, critical and creative spirit
  • Analytical, organisational and communication skills
