To work in the capacity of AWS analyst in a client facing role. Performing d ay-to-day L2 support activities, incident and service request management, probl em analysis and resolution, configuration changes, health check & housekeep ing activity, Triage tickets to support team, identify bug fixes enhancements a nd minor code product issues and escalate to appropriate teams, fault logging tracking and resolution, batch processing, interface management, extend support during release and deployment for cloud based AWS applications. Should be able to work closely with Business owners, process owners and SMEs to elicit busines s requirements / business processes support and provide L2 Support for cloud ba sed AWS based applications

•Micro services, Amazon Web services, WCS, Java.< br />•Large Tier 1/2 Telecom  BSS / OSS L2 Application Operation deli very project
•Incident Management & CRQs on demand
•Tel ecom Domain experience is must
•Good in stakeholder management

•Continuous Service improvement by process optim ization & automation

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Prior work experie nce in L2 Application operation support with exposure to AWS
• 3-5 ye ars of work experience
• Strong knowledge of online domain and journe ys
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to critical issues
• End to End ticket ownership with a focus on improving user experience through first time resolution and timely response
• Knowledge of AWS:
 o Elastic Cloud Compute (health check & AMI, Cloud watch et c.)
 o Identity & Access Management
 o Security Group< br /> o Cloudwatch (configuration & monitoring)
 o Autoscali ng
 o Basic knowledge of Load Balancer, Elactic container service, V irtual private cloud
 o TIBCO API Exchange
 o Configuration of authorization policies & routing rules
 o Configuration of th rottling models
 o Light-weight orhestration models
 o Conf ig UI
Primary Skills: AWS, WCP, WCS, Apache-Webserver, AWS Cloudwatch , Or acle 12C , Unix/Linux    
Secondary Skills: 
Solr, Coherence, Spring boot Java, AWS Cloudwatch    &nb sp; 
• Ability to lead and articulate end-to-end business proce sses and the key integration/ control points, work cross-functionally across di fferent business processes
• Detail oriented and experienced in docu menting processes and SOPs
• Engage with business to proactively prov ide advisory and guidance on risks and controls for new projects, programs, pro cesses and initiatives
