Team Leader has the responsibility to deliver the KPIs on Fraud Risk Management. He/ she has to ensure that all suspected frauds are detected, analysed, actioned and shared with all relevant stake holders. Team Leader gives directions to the team to become more effective and innovative on the fraud control front. TL is to ensure that all escalations are attended and resolved in time and stake holder expectations are met. Regular and structured interactions with the Op Cos are done to take stock of the performance levels and areas of improvement. TLs has to ensure that delivery on productivity, cost, Customer and employee Satisfaction are done to the level expected


  1. Provide leadership to a team of fraud control analysts and ensure thatthey are effective, efficient, up to date and fool-proof

  2. Conduct analysis of data to detect the key fraud  trends and recommend mitigation plans

  3. Independently be able to gather project requirements, participate in designing  and implementing robust fraud control processes  

  4. Ability to liaison with key stake holders, including senior leadership,  to gather input and to present analysis results

  5. Maintain timeliness and completeness of the delivery- considering that the operations involve 24 X 7 coverage

  6. Maintain strong focus on client satisfaction

Ensure IT/Data security and Business Continuity Plan preparedness

Not >10 Lac, 5-10 direct reports, dottend line reporting to VF Group mayexist at a later point


  1. PG Degree in any discipline (preference is for those with technical back ground)

  2. Minimum experience of 5 years in Analytics / Fraud Control / Revenue Assurance, of which, at least two years to be that of a people manager.
