Transport Management for Vodafone Shared Services employees in Ahmedabad VH A & B for 400 employees. - Review and recommend actions on property expenditure/ FM Builds, expansion, upgrades and facilities management. - Manage all Electro mechanical equipment’s such as HVAC high side and low side, UPS, PAC, DG, Air conditioners, Batteries, Security Systems like Fire Alarm system, PA Systems, Access Control, CCTV surveillanceSystem and Fire Hydrant System across facilities and data Centre. Effective BMS Control Solution to the facility. - Managing large inhouse and outsourced teams in technical, soft services, security and other related areas in multiple locations. Ensuring team is equipped and trained for delivery across sites. - Work with multiple stake holders for transport management to increase efficiency and safety. - Event Management for Ahmedabad - Ensuring the safety/ fire safety evacuation drills are conducted on regular intervals. - To Handle, Plan and Execute all Admin related Audits like ISO 27001, BS 10012, Data Protection and Privacy etc. - Coordination with BCM team as Admin BCP SPOC. - Provide admin Assistance in office transition for multiple sites. - Vendor Management for Ahmedabad. - Management of Physical Security & effective manpower deployment. - Ensure smooth function of ERT team, conducting the Fire evacuations drills & Training for Ahmedabad. - Plan and Review for Financial forecasting / Budgeting. - Ensuring R&M of Soft and hard Services. - MIS & Tracking of monthlysite expenses vs budget. - Planning of smooth functioning of Café.
