Our Team:

Commercial & Operations

Vodafone Business Enterprise Operations delivers consistent, excellent service to all our 1700 multi-national clients. From designing to delivering extraordinary service that exceeds our customer’s expectations, we lead excellence across all our global markets and customer lifecycle.

With us you will:
  • Creation, updates and maintenance of reporting dashboards
  • Design, development and delivery of reporting solutions to internal customers
  • To provide technical resolution to escalated problems and incidents within SLA.
  • The role will include all a wide range of activities in addition to dealing directly with internal customers and may involve getting involved in development and support of other products.
  • Design, development and implementation of fixes to reporting platforms
  • Troubleshooting, analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Documentation of all procedures and policies associated with system administration.
  • Assist with the development, maintenance, implementation and testing of Disaster Recovery procedures
  • Design, development and implementation of changes to reporting platforms
  • Recovery and change management standards and procedures. 
Apply if you have:
  • SAP Business Objects knowledge
  • SQL, ideally PL/SQL experience
  • Experience in Data Warehouse design and data mapping
  • Strong experience in ETL, preferably SSIS
  • Reporting writing experience, ideally Business Objects, Click Sense or Omniscope
  • ITIL Foundation certified or relevant experience
