Customer Advocacy Insight Specialist

 
 
Role purpose:
 

The Customer Advocacy Specialist will be responsible for the customer reference program on a continuous basis. The role will manage the outreach to Sales colleagues around the world, identifying and creating reference materials that will be used globally to procure new Vodafone Business customers, from Small to Medium businesses all the way through to multi-national corporations. The produced references will be shared on our main website and in our internal case study library.

 

What will you do:

 
  • Control the pipeline of customer references by regularly liaising with UK business partners
  • Host ‘interview calls’ (along with our internal creative team) with sales colleagues to discover the information that can result in engaging customer stories
  • Manage the production of case studies from beginning to end, ensuring that the creative team works according to SLAs
  • Report to UK senior management in monthly calls giving status updates on references
  • Create monthly and quarterly dashboard that displays the current status of reference stories across the Vodafone portfolio
  • Respond to incoming reference requests to quickly support bid and pricing teams
  • Outreach to global sales colleagues in a persistent and methodical manner to increase pipeline of references
 
This position is for you:
 
  • Fluent spoken and written English along with stakeholder management excellence
  • Copywriting skills and experience
  • Experience of working in a reference program for a multi-national corporation
  • Extensive experience of Microsoft Office, Powerpoint and Excel along with possibly CMS knowledge
  • A self-monitoring attitude with brilliant attention-to-detail
