 Application Support Specialist: BI&Analytics - L2 support in monitoring and troubleshooting BI&Analytics Applications.
Technical Expertise & Hands on knowledge in Data Warehouse, Sybase, Sybase IQ, Linux, PL/SQL, CyberArk, Autosys. Miminum 1 yr of Experience in Datawarehouse and Sybase IQ.

Should be aware of ITIL Process (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Management).

 Effective handling of BI&Analytic System's Operational activities- including Incident Management, Problem Managemement, Change Management, and Service Management.

 Telecom BSS/OSS domain application support across BI&Analytics Applications.

 BE/MCA
